• 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
• 2 tbsp sugar
•  Dash salt
• 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg yolk
• 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup finely ground blanched almonds
