Blueberry Muffins

Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda,
and sugar in a medium size bowl. In another bowl, stir milk, yogurt,
beaten egg, vanilla and oil. Grate apple, add blueberries, mix lightly
with the dry ingredients. Make a well in the flour mixture, add liquids
and mix until just blended.
Place in an oiled muffin tin ¾ full.
Bake in a 375 F (390 C) oven for 20-25 minutes. Place on a rack to
cool.
Bran Variation: reduce flour by ¼
cup (50 mL), add 1 cup (250 mL) bran and ¼ cup (50 mL) extra milk.
